Pineapples are visually unique, and the flavor is super distinct. They can be lip-puckering, incredibly sweet, and sometimes even super sour.

When it comes to cocktail recipes, you can either find pineapple vodka or use fruit juice and neutral vodka.

That said, it’s effortless to make your own – just cut ripe pineapple into chunks and cover it with vodka for about a week.

No matter which you choose, you’ll love these pineapple vodka cocktails.

Pineapple Vodka Cocktails & Drink Recipes

1. Pineapple Vodka Cocktail

Stay cool and refreshed this summer with this lightning-fast pineapple vodka cocktail.

It’s way too delicious and flavorful, yet you only need four simple ingredients to whip it up.

Start with pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker and keep in mind: the better quality juice, the better your cocktails will taste.

Then add a bit of sweet vanilla vodka to mellow it out, plus a splash of lime juice for a zesty punch. Mix in a bit of sugar to balance out the tartness.

Pour into glasses and sip! These simple yet tasty cocktails will tickle your tastebuds, and your friends will love them.

Ingredients: vanilla vodka, pineapple juice, lime juice, sugar, ice, pineapple slices for garnish

2. Pineapple Screwdriver

Pineapple screwdrivers are a fun twist on a vibrant classic. And all you need is one ingredient swap: orange juice for pineapple.

Well, not quite “swap”. Instead, you’ll mix the two to ensure every sip is sweet, fruity, and balanced.

Pineapple screwdrivers are bright and super simple, making them perfect for any and all occasions.

And you can even double the batch to make even more glasses. It’ll make serving crowds a breeze.

Ingredients: pineapple juice, orange juice, vodka, orange wedges for garnish

3. Bay Breeze

If you love vodka, you’ve probably ordered a vodka mixed with a bit of cranberry juice at some point. Also known as a Bay Breeze, this version gets a tasty pineapple twist.

The tart cranberry juice and juicy pineapple flavors are incredible together. Combined with subtle vodka, the fruit really shines.

I love this drink as an everyday cocktail, and the fact you only need three ingredients is just the cherry on top.

Give it a shot for dinner parties or long hot days by the pool. You won’t regret it.

Ingredients: vodka, pineapple juice, cranberry juice, lime wedges for garnish

4. Pineapple Vodka Limeade

Pineapple vodka limeade is a spiked version of your childhood favorite. This cool and refreshing beverage is lovely on a warm summer’s day.

And no, you don’t need homemade limeade – the recipe actually calls for frozen concentrate.

Of course, feel free to make your own if you prefer the ingredient homemade.

Zippy lime and sweet-tart pineapple are a fabulous pair. Everybody will quickly and easily fall in love with this one.

Ingredients: pineapple vodka, limeade, pineapple chunks, mint, lime wedges for garnish

5. French Martini Cocktail Recipe

Unlike the original gin or vodka martinis that are dry, deeply boozy, and somewhat overpowering, this French martini is sweet, smooth, and scrumptious.

It requires vodka, pineapple juice, and Chambord liqueur, which brings that stunning pink color and plenty of raspberry goodness.

Place everything in a cocktail shaker, shake, and pour into glasses. Top with lemon wedges for garnish and enjoy. How easy is that?

Or make it an even easier, 2-ingredient cocktail with just pineapple-infused vodka and Chambord.

Ingredients: vodka, pineapple juice, Chambord liqueur, lemon wedges for garnish

6. Pineapple Martini

Featuring only three ingredients and simple instructions, here’s another way to transform a martini.

You’ll need vodka and pineapple juice, plus fresh lime juice instead of raspberry liqueur.

While the instructions are simple, this martini is sophisticated and fun with plenty of fruity flair.

This would be an attractive option if you need a wedding signature cocktail

Ingredients: vodka, pineapple juice, ice, lime wedges for garnish

7. Pineapple Infused Vodka

I said above that pineapple-infused vodka is easy to make, so here’s a recipe if you’re willing to give it a try.

Seriously, once you make this vodka infusion, you’ll want to try the recipe with all kinds of fun flavors.

Just let chunks of ripe fruit (in this case, pineapple) sit in vodka for about a week. Then, after seven days in the fridge, it’s ready to serve.

And feel free to get creative with the flavors. One way is to add vanilla, jalapeño, or oranges to make something fabulous.

Get yourself some cute glass bottles, and it makes terrific, Instagram worthy gifts too!

Ingredients: vodka, pineapple juice, pineapples

8. Pineapple Orange Vodka Smash Cocktail

Need colorful summer drinks? Try this pineapple, orange, and vodka smash.

Pineapple simple syrup adds a lovely sweetness and a hint of beautiful pineapple flavor. Then the fresh orange juice is sweet and citrusy.

Club soda offers effervescent bubbles, and finally, vodka makes it boozy.

I like to use a bit of pineapple vodka to boost the flavor, but the syrup should be enough to make it stand out.

Ingredients: vodka, orange juice, pineapple, sugar, water, mint, club soda

9. Vodka and Pineapple Juice

Vodka and fruit juice is a simple yet iconic duo. And since vodka is neutral, this works with any juice you like.

Of course, juicy and bright pineapple juice is a wonderful ingredient option. This drink is basically sunshine in a glass.

Better yet, you can amp up the pineapple flavor with pineapple vodka. Or make it more fun with, say, strawberry vodka!

Ingredients: vodka, pineapple juice, lime juice, sugar, lemongrass, ice

10. Pineapple Passion Fruit Vodka Spritzer

Whether you’re on vacation or just dreaming of it, pineapple and passion fruit are a heavenly pairing.

Passion fruit is incredibly tasty, deliciously sweet, and delightfully floral. But since it’s hard to find fresh, you’ll want either passionfruit vodka or Passoã.

Add some pineapple juice, lime juice, and sparkling water to the cocktail shaker, and it’s ready for the show.

Use sparkling coconut water for even more tropical flavor!

Ingredients: vodka, pineapple juice, sparkling water, lime wedges

  1. One of my favorite vodka drinks is the root beer float. Just add Vanilla Vodka, root beer and a splash of vanilla non dairy coffee creamer. Since the creamer is non dairy it won’t curdle. Absolutely the best hot summer night, sitting on the porch watching the firefly’s kinda cocktail.
