The best part about juicing at home has to be that you control exactly what goes in. No added sugar here, please!

Not only that, but juicing can make your busy mornings so much easier. Just toss everything in your juicer, and you’re ready to go in minutes.

Oh, and it’s also a great way to sneak some greens into your diet. Shh… don’t tell the kids!

1. Carrot Juice Recipe with Orange & Ginger

Carrots are naturally sweet, so they make the perfect ingredient for juicing. The less added sugar you have to incorporate, the better, after all.

This recipe is bursting with vitamin C, thanks to the inclusion of orange. And let’s not forget the antioxidants in ginger.

So it’s the perfect juice to drink if you think you’re getting sick.

Fresh ginger is the best for this, but I know it can be a pain to peel.

I suggest you peel a big batch at once (do it in front of the TV if you want!) and then freeze it down for later.

2. Green Juice Recipe

Green juice is all the rage these days, and for good reason.

‘Greens’ are a great source of fiber, antioxidants, nutrients, minerals, folate, Vitamin C, and potassium.

They can help to reduce inflammation, build up your body’s immune system, and they’re even good for your skin.

Of course, what you get out of it will depend on what you put into it.

Green juices that contain spinach or kale are trendy, and celery is a good choice too.

Just play around with the ingredients until you find something that tastes good to you.

3. Beetroot Juice

If you’re not a lover of beetroot, just go ahead and skip to the following recipe because no amount of citrus or apple juice can mask that earthy taste.

But if you enjoy beetroot, I think you’ll really love this bright and sweet juice.

The best part is that you don’t need to cook the beetroot before you juice it.

Instead, just add it to your machine with apple, carrot, celery, and ginger, and let it work its magic.

4. Super-Powered Orange Juice

If you like to start your day with orange juice, it really should be super-powered, don’t you think?

It starts with carrots, which have been proven to help with eyesight and relieve congestion. Then, of course, there’s a ton of fresh orange juice in the mix, too.

Not only that, but this recipe also includes nectarines, apple, lemon juice, and ginger.

That little bit of citrus really brings this to life, and I love the spicy kick you get from the ginger.

You can even make this recipe without a juicer. You just need a high-powered blender.

Only blitz this for about ten seconds at a time to keep the machine from overheating.

Once everything is smooth, pass it through a cheesecloth or a clean, thin tea towel.

5. Cucumber Detox Juice

Believe it or not, cucumbers are super nutritious.

I know they taste a little bland, and they’re mostly made out of water, but these little green stalks can do a lot more for you than you think.

You’ll find vitamin C, vitamin K, magnesium, potassium, and manganese, plus a ton of antioxidants and micronutrients.

They can also help to keep you hydrated, as well as being a high source of fiber. Just add mint and lemon, and you’re good to go.

6. Pineapple Juice

If you’ve had enough of your daily orange juice, why not switch things up and try this super easy pineapple juice instead?

It’s bright, sweet, slightly tart, super fruity, and can be ready in just ten minutes.

Pineapple has many health benefits, including anti-inflammatory properties, it’s an immunity booster, and it’s often used in detoxing.

But have you heard that it’s also good for pain relief?

If you’ve been anywhere near TikTok recently, I’m sure you’ve seen the stories about drinking pineapple juice to reduce pain and swelling post wisdom teeth removal.

I don’t know how true that is, but it couldn’t hurt to try, right?

7. Turmeric Ginger C Boost Life Juice

Turmeric is typically used as a spice in Indian cooking. It’s kind of earthy, with peppery notes and a slightly bitter aftertaste.

It’s also yellow and will make your food a lovely sunny color. The root looks a lot like ginger; only the flesh is actually orange rather than yellow.

As with many other ingredients on this list, turmeric is known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant elements.

Because of this, it’s also used to help with arthritis.

To make this super juice, you’ll need to process apples, oranges, lemon, and ginger through your juicer.

If you use turmeric root (which is pretty rare in the states), you’ll need to process it just like the ginger.

Otherwise, stir the powdered turmeric into the juice before serving.

8. Naturally Sweet Green Detox Juice

One of my most significant issues with green juice has to be that it’s not sweet enough.

I know it’s supposed to be healthy, but my sweet tooth is too strong to ignore!

If you feel the same way, try using the sweetest apples you can find. I like Fuji or Gala, and Honeycrisp is also really great for juicing.

You’ll want to avoid Granny Smiths if you don’t want your juice too tart.

I’ve also found that adding a handful of grapes can help to bring out a fruitier flavor.

9. Pear Juice

Like apples, pears can range from tart to sweet, though it depends on how ripe they are and the time of year.

I find pears sweeter, though I’m not always a fan of their texture. That’s why I prefer them juiced!

With pear juice, you get all the nutrients and deliciousness of the fruit without having to worry whether it’s mushy or not.

Asian pears will give you the most juice, but they’re not always readily available. Try adding a little bit of apple to the mix to help bulk it out.

10. Strawberry Apple Lime Juice

As soon as they’re in season, I highly recommend racing to your local farmer’s market and stocking up on strawberries.

They freeze so well, and they’ll taste amazing if you manage to catch them while they’re still ripe.

If you’ve ever baked with strawberries before, you’ll know they’re absolutely bursting with juice. So a little will go a long way when making strawberry juice.

Although I could drink pure strawberry juice with ease, I much prefer it balanced out with some tart apple and zesty lime.

11. Pineapple and Kale Juice

Depending on who you ask, kale and spinach are better for you in their own ways.

Spinach is full of fiber, protein, vitamin A, calcium, and, of course, plenty of iron.

On the other hand, kale is jam-packed with anti-inflammatory and anti-carcinogenic properties.

In terms of taste, kale has a much stronger, astringent flavor. So, although this recipe calls for kale, feel free to swap it out for spinach if you want it to be less bitter.

I think kale would be better with something slightly sweeter.

But pineapple has a sourness that would be more pronounced here, especially since the recipe also includes Swiss chard leaves.

12. Refreshing Celery & Cucumber Juice

Celery is kind of an anomaly.

But at the same time, it’s earthy and pretty bitter.

On the one hand, it’s very mild and watery, so you can chop it up and use it as a source of crunch pretty easily without it overpowering the other ingredients.

Like cucumbers, celery is an excellent source of hydration, which is why you’ll see it in a lot of green juices.

In this case, it’s paired with cucumber for maximum hydration, along with apple and lemon for a tart and fresh finish.

13. Tropical Pineapple Orange Mango Juice

This is the kind of morning juice that you’d drink on vacation.

Can’t you just picture the beach, the waves, and a morning swim before relaxing on a sunbed?

As the name suggests, this recipe is made using pineapple, oranges, and mango. There’s no added sugar and no greens.

The pineapple is juicy and tart, which plays well with the super sweet and vibrant mango.

Lastly, the citrus hit you get from the orange is the perfect way to finish this off.

Now just picture it with a splash of rum… in the afternoon, of course!

14. Peach Juice Recipe

Peaches are another bright, sweet, and juicy fruit that you should try to hoard over the summer.

If you peel, chop, and freeze them when they’re still fragrant and you can make any number of delicious peach recipes year-round.

Did you know that peaches come in three varieties? You can get clingstone, semi-freestone, and freestone.

The former is the sweetest, but the pit is the hardest to remove. Freestone is easy to work with but not as sweet.

So, that means you should try to buy semi-freestone whenever possible. They’re wonderfully sweet, and the pit comes away nice and easy.

15. Plum Juice

Plums are little fruits with stones in the middle.

They can be deep purple or bright yellow, and more often than not, the skin is tart, and the flesh is juicy and sweet.

I love to bake with plums for their color and their flavor. But I’d never made plum juice before!

Since prunes are made from certain plum varieties, it won’t come as a surprise to hear that plum juice can help with constipation.

It’s also great for lowering your cholesterol.

This recipe isn’t just plum juice, though. Sure it’s tasty, but you’ll want to boost those vitamins wherever possible!

So, you’ll add beets, carrots, ginger, and lemon. The beets will give this such a gorgeous pink color, while the ginger and lemon provide some freshness.

16. Carrot Orange Cantaloupe Juice

Although most melons have pretty subtle tastes, cantaloupe has such a unique and sweet melon flavor.

Plus, melons are notoriously juicy! How many kids have you seen with messy red mouths after chomping down some watermelon?

Cantaloupe is ideal here because it fits with the orange coloring of the carrot and citrus. But honeydew would also provide lovely sweetness.

17. Cleansing Cucumber Pineapple Juice

This combination of fresh pineapple, celery, and cucumber is such a healthy way to start your day.

It’s great for detoxing, weight loss, and a significant energy boost first thing in the morning.

The recipe also calls for flaxseeds and chia seeds which are full of omega-3 fatty acids, plenty of fiber, and oodles of antioxidants.

You won’t notice the seeds once everything is blended together, I promise!
