- Toppings. Add in some toffee chips, peanut butter chips, or add in some nut for an extra layer of crunch. Some good options include pecans, almons, or walnuts. You can even drizzle some caramel sauce on top for an extra indulgent treat!
- Use different types of chocolate chips. As well as the semi-sweet chocolate chips, you can mix in other types too. Try milk chocolate, dark chocolate, or white chocolate for extra chocolatey flavor.
- Add a layer of fruit. To add some fruity flavor, spread a layer of pie filling over the cake before baking. Cherry is my favorite!
- Peanut butter chips are a great addition to chocolate dump cake. Especially if you love peanut butter and chocolate together.
