Refreshing Strawberry Cocktail with Mint - Pretty Pink Cocktail recipe for the summer

Pink Cocktails & Drink Recipes

If you’ve spent any time on Pinterest, I know you’ve seen these aesthetically pleasing pink drinks before.

But believe it or not, they’re so easy to recreate!

And from sweet margarita recipes to fruity drinks with strawberries and raspberries, they’re sure to please every palate.

1. Pink Vodka Lemonade Cocktail

Most of us already know how incredible pink lemonade is. It’s sweet, tart, and extra special with strawberries in the mix.

This drink is just flavorful, only it adds vodka, Malibu rum, and lime juice for more of a punch taste.

This recipe calls for cranberry juice, giving it a nice pink shade and tart finish. But feel free to use strawberries, raspberries, or even blackberries if you want.

Ingredients: ice cubes, vodka, lime juice, cranberry juice, Malibu rum, lemonade

2. Strawberry Piña Colada

The classic piña colada is loaded with creamy coconut and zippy pineapple.

But if you want another layer of sweetness, try adding strawberries to the mix.

It’s still got that tropical island flavor, but is much juicier and way more colorful to boot.

Ingredients: frozen strawberries, water, Coco Lopez (cream of coconut), pineapple juice, ice cubes, half & half

3. Cosmopolitan

If you love cocktails, you probably already know how to make the OG Cosmo. It’s one of the most famous pink cocktails around!

But just in case you don’t, here’s a helpful recipe.

It’s one of those cocktail recipes you’ll master quickly, then keep in your back pocket for nights in with friends.

Ingredients: vodka, Triple Sec (Grand Marnier or Cointreau), cranberry juice, lime juice, orange twist (for garnish)

4. Candy Cane Martini

Sweet, creamy, and oh so fresh, this Candy Cane Martini is ideal for your next holiday party.

You’ll need vanilla vodka, though whipped cream vodka works well too.

And you’ll get a double dose of minty goodness from the crème de menthe (white) and schnapps.

Be sure to add the crushed candy canes around the rim or your glass, and serve with an extra cane for fun!

Ingredients: vanilla vodka, crème de menthe, peppermint schnapps, crushed candy canes (for garnish)

5. Pink Lady

This five-minute cocktail has a light, delicate flavor, a lovely transparent pink color, and a frothy top that makes drinking it a lot of fun.

But where you might expect it to taste of sweet berries, it’s actually kind of sour with notes of apple – from the lemon juice and apple brandy.

And if you’ve never made an egg white cocktail before, don’t stress. It’s super easy and looks totally Instagram worthy!

Ingredients: gin, Applejack (apple brandy), lemon juice, egg white, Grenadine

6. Pink Squirrel

The Pink Squirrel is that creamy, delectable place where cocktails meet milkshakes.

You can pull it together in just five minutes, though it does need a couple of non-standard ingredients – and cute glasses!

But it’s worth hitting the liquor store because this fun pink cocktail recipe is too good to miss.

Ingredients: Crème de Cacao, Crème de Noyaux, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream & maraschino cherries (for garnish)

7. Pink Gin & Tonic

Why settle for a regular G&T when you can have this beautiful pink gin and tonic?

A simple swap of normal gin for pink gives it such a nice blushed shade. And the flavor is more mellow to boot.

Add a couple of raspberries and a lemon twist, then get ready to fall in love.

Ingredients: pink gin, tonic water, lime juice, ice cubes, lemon twist (for garnish)

8. Love Potion Vodka Cocktail

If you prefer a three-ingredient drink that’s fruitier, tarter, and has a less potent alcohol taste, try the Love Potion cocktail instead.

Thanks to the peach schnapps and ruby red grapefruit juice, you can barely taste the vodka.

But don’t be fooled! It looks dainty and cute, it’s pretty strong, so sip slowly.

Ingredients: vodka, peach schnapps, ruby red grapefruit juice, fresh strawberries & maraschino cherries (for garnish)

9. Pink Bikini Cocktail

I first saw this cute, perfect-for-summer drink on Pinterest and was immediately taken by the peachy-pink shade and fun umbrellas.

And after one sip, I was hooked.

It has a unique taste that’s bold and tropical but also tart, tangy, and sweet. If you like coconutty drinks and fruity margarita recipes, you’ll love it.

Ingredients: raspberry lemonade, coconut rum, Amaretto

10. Tickled Pink Cocktail

Here’s a fun drink you’ll want to make for every birthday bash or summer party from now on.

It’s another pink lemonade-based cocktail, but there’s also sweet-tart cranberry and raspberry, along with a nice shot of rum.

The gorgeous, almost hot pink color is enough to turn heads. But the taste is sure to keep everyone coming back for more.

Ingredients: lemonade, cran-raspberry juice, rum, lime juice

11. Pink Grapefruit Margaritas

Ruby red grapefruit juice meets your favorite margarita recipe to create a cool drink that’s impossible to resist.

As far as margarita recipes go, this one is pretty standard, so expect all the usual suspects.

You’ll just have to add more booze to match the sweet-tart grapefruit juice. Easy peasy.

Ingredients: ruby red grapefruit juice, lime juice, triple Sec, ice, silver tequila, salt & lime slice or twist (for garnish)

12. Pink and Purple Potato Cocktails

I love cooking with ube (purple sweet potatoes) because they have a mild flavor and give everything a spectacular purple color.

And this drink recipe is no exception.

But if you leave out the pineapple juice, the cocktail is a sparkling light pink instead. It’s almost like magic!

These cocktails are so much fun, I’d like them even if they tasted terrible. Luckily, they don’t.

Ingredients: ube puree, Pisco, pineapple juice (for purple), lime juice

13. Raspberry Rosé Spritzer

One of the easiest pink drinks you can make is a simple glass of pink wine. Just pop the wine bottle and pour!

But this cocktail takes it up a notch – or ten!

It’s super bubbly and sweet with a decent kick of alcohol and a nice fruity finish. Serve it in flute glasses with fresh berries and you’re all set for a fancy night in.

(Use rosé wine and Prosecco if you can’t find rosé champagne.)

Ingredients: vodka, Chambord, lime juice, lime-orange simple syrup, ice, rosé champagne, fresh raspberries & rose petals (for garnish)

14. Watermelon Tequila Spritzer

Watermelon and tequila might just be the most delicious combination I’ve ever tried.

Of course, I’m a bit of a margarita nut, so this is a no brainer for me.

It’s super sweet and fruity with plenty of yummy fizz. And the hit of tequila is just the right amount of warm to round it all off.

You’ll need fresh melon chunks in the drink and for the garnish, and don’t forget to use decent tequila (that’s where most people go wrong).

Ingredients: watermelon chunks, lime juice, tequila, Cointreau or Triple Sec, simple syrup, sparkling water, ice, watermelon, lime slice & Tajin (for garnish)

15. Pink Champagne Margarita

I know, it’s another margarita recipe. I just can’t help myself – especailly when they look this cute!

Not only does this dainty drink contain Champagne, but it also has Triple Sec and tequila, making it pretty strong and super bubbly.

The pink lemonade brings plenty of sweet-tart, citrus notes. But feel free to add strawberries if you want it even sweeter.

Ingredients: Champagne, pink lemonade, tequila, Triple Sec, lime juice, salt & lime twist (for garnish)

16. Blackberry Bramble Cocktail

Believe it or not, blackberries aren’t that dark when you mash them! Like blueberries, the color is more pinky-purple, so they fit right on this list.

And I just adore this bright pink drink with gin, lemon, and blackberries.

It’s herbal, botanical, zesty, and deeply berrylicious!

Serve this on the rocks with a splash of ginger beer and you’ll swoon and the first sip.

Ingredients: gin, lemon juice, blackberry simple syrup, fresh blackberries & lemon twist (for garnish)

17. Pink Passion Party Punch

Let’s finish this list of pretty pink cocktail recipes with this stunning pink punch.

It’s fizzy, tingly, fruity, dry, zesty, and… I don’t even know what else. This drink has a lot of flavors, and surprisingly enough, they’re all tasty.

So make a big batch for your next party and have a few copies of the recipe on hand – I think you’ll need them!

Ingredients: Kinky Pink liqueur, Kinky vodka, lemon-lime soda, prickly pear soda, blood orange soda, ice cubes
