Raspberry Mojito with Mint and Ice - Easy Raspberry Cocktails & Drink Recipes

Raspberry Cocktails & Drink Recipes

If you like bright red mixed drinks with a nice balance of sweet and tart, then you’ll adore these raspberry cocktails

They’re ideal for Valentine’s Day and date nights. But also tasty for pretty much any occasion.

And I’ve got something for everyone on this list. That includes raspberry drinks with gin, rum, whiskey, and more!

1. Floradora

This semi-sweet gin drink is brilliantly red at the bottom and fades to a translucent light pink at the top.

And that ombre effect alone is enough to draw plenty of compliments. But luckily, it tastes great, too.

The blend of botanical gin with fruity raspberry liqueur and lightly spiced ginger ale is to die for.

And the hit of lime makes this almost like a twist on the Moscow Mule!

Ingredients: gin, crème de framboise liqueur, lime juice, ginger ale, ice, lime wedge (for garnish)

2. French Martini

This martini may have a lovely light pink color, but in terms of potency, it’s strong.

That’s because (like all good martinis) it’s mostly booze. But you’ll also add fresh pineapple juice to keep it from being too strong.

It has a bold, slightly tropical taste that’s perfect for summer. And be sure to serve it as cold as possible!

Ingredients: vodka, pineapple juice, Chambord liqueur, sea salt, ice

3. Raspberry Vodka Lemonade Cocktail

Need a tasty cocktail recipe you and your friends will love? Try this raspberry vodka lemonade.

It somehow manages to be sweet, tart, and tangy all at once. And the addition of fresh fruit makes things all the more Instagram worthy.

You can have a big batch ready in about 10 minutes, and it’s super easy to modify to your own tastes. So feel free to experiment!

Ingredients: lemon juice, simple syrup, fresh or frozen raspberries, vodka, cold water, cloudy apple juice, ice, lemon slices & raspberries (for garnish)

4. Raspberry Caipirinha

Here’s another wonderfully tart drink with a shockingly red hue.

Ready in just five minutes, the only non-pantry staple here is the Cachaça, a Brazillian white rum made from sugar canes.

And while you can use any white rum, I highly recommend finding Cachaça if possible.

It has a slight spiciness that almost makes it taste like silver tequila. And that plays beautifully with the sweet and sour flavors of this cocktail.

Ingredients: lime, raspberries, sugar, Cachaça

5. Raspberry Bellini

If you prefer mixed drinks that are light, bubbly, and not too alcohol-heavy, try this recipe for the raspberry Bellini instead.

Made with just three ingredients, it’s a tingly and elegant drink that’ll help you join in the festivities without getting too drunk.

Ingredients: Prosecco, Torani raspberry syrup, raspberries

6. Raspberry Mint Tequila Smash

Of all the raspberry cocktail recipes on this list, I think this is my favorite.

I’m a tequila gal through and through. And when it’s mixed with sweet berry flavors, I’m a sucker!

It needs lots of ice and plenty of mint. Oh, and don’t be shy with the lime, either!

It’s citrusy, fruity, and perfect for any summer occasion.

Ingredients: mint leaves, raspberries, agave syrup. lime juice, silver tequila

7. Raspberry Gimlet

This gorgeously pink drink is sure to turn a few heads, and it looks spectacular under a black light.

Even better – its ultraviolet color isn’t all it has going for it.

The sweetness of the raspberries pairs flawlessly with the sour notes of lime to make one absolutely unforgettable mixed drink.

Ingredients: raspberries, gin, simple syrup, lime juice, fresh raspberry & lime twist (for garnish)

8. Champagne and Chambord

This three-minute drink is a deep, rich red and fizzy to the max.

You’ll make it with only three ingredients, and it has a clean, simple flavor that’s sweet without being overly sugary.

Feel free to use Prosecco if that’s all you have. So long as you get those bubbles, you’re all set.

Ingredients: Chambord, Champagne, fresh raspberries (for garnish)

9. Raspberry Daiquiri

This recipe for a raspberry daiquiri is dry and somewhat tart, but it’s delightfully refreshing on a hot summer’s day.

If you want a slightly sweeter drink, be sure to add the optional orange liqueur, and don’t forget to sugar the rim.

Ingredients: raspberries, orange liqueur, rum, raw sugar, lime juice

10. Rum and Raspberry Cocktail

How gorgeous is this one?

I love the chunks of fruit in the glass because they make it smell absolutely incredible.

This bubbly cocktail is bittersweet, tart, and takes only 5 minutes to make.

You’ll use a blend of raspberry liqueur, cranberry juice, and lemonade to get just the right balance of berry flavors and citrus.

Ingredients: raspberries, spiced rum, raspberry liqueur, cranberry juice, lemonade, rosemary sprig & raspberries (for garnish)

11. Black Raspberry Chambord Drink with Lime and Tonic

Here’s a super simple three-ingredient drink that takes practically no time or effort to make.

It’s very fizzy and just the right amount of boozy.

While the recipe calls for tonic water, feel free to use soda water or citrus soda if you want it sweeter.

Ingredients: Chambord liqueur, lime juice, tonic water, ice, lime twist (for garnish)

12. The Clover Club

The Clover Club is a stunning gin sour with lots of sweet raspberry flavor.

It’s easy to recognize with its stunning pink hue and fluffy egg white foam on top (that’s a sour signature, so don’t skip it!).

And while it looks overly sweet, it’s really not. Instead, it’s sweetly tart with a nice kick of sourness from the lemon.

Ingredients: gin, dry vermouth, raspberry syrup, lemon juice, egg white, raspberries (for garnish)

13. Raspberry Rose Sangria

Ah, sangria. It’s one of my all-time favorite summer drinks, no matter what kind of fruit goes in.

That said, berries tend to be the most used, don’t you think?

But instead of strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries, this one features raspberries and citrus!

So if you’re looking for a fruity, refreshing poolside drink, this sangria is hard to beat.

Ingredients: raspberry simple syrup, raspberries, lemon slices, rosé, lemon-lime soda

14. Raspberry Lemon Drop Martini

Ready for another sweet-tart cocktail with plenty of zippy lemon?

Great! Because this raspberry lemon drop martini is too good to miss.

Like most martinis, it’s strong, and you’ll get a lot of the lemon flavor in every sip.

But that kick of berry flavor is enough to tone down the lemon, making it much less sour than usual.

Ingredients: raspberries, Pearl Red Berry Vodka (or any decent vodka), lemon juice, lemon-lime soda, sugar, lemon slices & raspberries (for garnish)

15. Raspberry Truffle Cocktail

This hot, creamy drink is the hot chocolate variation you never knew you needed.

But once you try it, you’ll never want to do without it again.

It’s thick, foamy, and has a decadent raspberry-chocolate taste that’s simply out of this world.

It’s perfect for long, cold winter nights, but it tastes so good, you’ll want to make it year-round.

Ingredients: chocolate almond milk or 2% chocolate milk, vodka, raspberry liqueur, vanilla almond milk or fat-free milk, cocoa

16. Zipper Cocktail

This fizzy, zesty drink is lovely, tasty, and unbelievably refreshing.

There’s a bit of sweetness to it, but it’s not heavy enough to make you feel weighed down after drinking it.

I’m not sure why it’s called the Zipper, but I like to think it’s because it puts a little “zippity doo dah” in your step after drinking it.

And while it’s a raspberry cocktail recipe, I think it looks best with fresh blackberries for garnish.

Ingredients: vodka, black raspberry liqueur (Chambord), lemon-lime soda, blackberries & mint sprig (for garnish)

17. Raspberry Herb Smash

The flavor of this ruby-red cocktail will differ depending on which herbs you decide to use in it.

For example, you’ll get the brightest color from the sage, but I prefer the mint for flavor.

Either way, it takes about a minute to make, and it’s just strong enough to make you feel the alcohol without getting you too buzzed.

Ingredients: raspberries, fresh herbs (mint, basil, lemon balm or sage), granulated sugar, lime juice, soda water, vodka

18. Raspberry Collins

Need something light and lovely to liven up your brunch spread? Then, I’ve got just the thing!

It takes five minutes to make and calls for just six ingredients. The result? A sweet and charming drink that tastes just as good as it looks.

It’s really just a Tom Collins with a bit of fruit added in. But it takes on a totally unique flavor that’s all its own.

Ingredients: raspberries, honey, gin, lemon juice, lime juice, club soda

19. Raspberry Mojito

When it comes to cool, refreshing mixed drinks, it’s hard to beat the mojito.

And with this recipe, you can jazz up the typically minty drink with raspberries and raspberry rum.

The fruitiness is such an excellent complement to the mint and rum. And the added color doesn’t hurt, either.

Ingredients: raspberries, mint leaves, simple syrup, lime juice, white rum, raspberry rum, club soda, ice cubes

20. Raspberry Mimosa

This stunningly beautiful, entirely elegant mimosa is perfect for formal occasions.

But it’s so easy to make and so tasty, you’ll want to make it all the time.

It’s super sweet, super red, and super delicious. Plus, it looks fantastic with its sugared rim and frosty, frothy top.

Ingredients: lemon wedge, granulated sugar (for rim), raspberry sorbet, Chambord, sparkling Moscato or Prosecco, raspberries (for garnish)
